For students graduating from a high school that requires them to take the Cambodian National Examination: A provisional high school diploma For students graduating from a high school outside of Cambodia, or a school in Cambodia that does not require the Cambodian National Examination: A high school diploma certified by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport.

Transfer applicants must meet the same standards as entering first-year students. Transfer students must submit the same documentation as entering first-year students and must also submit additional material as below by the application deadline. A. Transfer to same major Student will transfer into second year or third year depend on decision of faculties member meeting. Documents required: High School Diploma Foundation Year Certificate Official Transcript B. Transfer to different major Students who have a foundation year certificate can transfer into second year status for different major (makeup of major subjects will be required). Documents required: High School Diploma Foundation Year Certificate

PPUA offers financial aid and scholarships up to 100% based on merit and financial need. Those receiving financial aid will be required to participate in PPUA’s work study program. The areas of work study placements offered will be available at the time of acceptance.
